Sale of Baronial Pavilion.

We agreed that we need to sell the old baronial pavilion. We someone to facilitate sale. We need to find pictures of it set up, research and determine pricing, advertise on Craigslist and other lists, and potentially set it up one last time at an event for potential buyers. We had planned to do so at PDL’s Day in the Park with Sven in early May, however, that’s been rescheduled for October.

May Crown 2017 Event Bid.

Steven Cook and Jeri Sisco presented the revised 2017 May Crown event bid and budget.

Total estimated profit: $13,850
Total expenses: $9,561.75
Estimated profit: $4,288
40% goes to Kingdom, 5% to Ambergard

This was approved for submission to the Kingdom Events team, and presentation to Kingdom at May Crown.

Approval of new exchequer & bank signature cards.

The barony has been served by exchequer Carol Magalhaes through January 2017, contingency deputy exchequer Jason Greco from February through May 2016, and is transitioning to a new exchequer, Kate Waterous effective June 1, 2016, serving under a two-year warrant. This is approved by Kingdom and by the financial committee, and we will execute new signature cards with the bank removing Carol Magalhaes and adding Kate Waterous to the bank account.
