Progress – Heraldic Symposium, then a tour that will take them to the Kingdom of Drachenwald. Largesse donations for their visit to Drachenwald will be greatly appreciated.
Letters of Intent to serve as A&S Champion will be received by their Excellencies. They will select a champion at Autumn Colloquium and Harvest Revel.
Words from the Seneschal – Ynesen Ongge Xong Kerij-e
A potential successor applicant for the office has been identified.
Curia will be rescheduled for November due to the B&B’s visit to Drachenwald.

An Tir Heraldic Symposium on October 7, 2023 will be held at St. Andrews Church in Bellevue, Volunteer and gate staff are in order. Class list is not yet available.
OFFICERS REPORTS
Exchequer – Etienenette
Financial Committee met. The policy was reviewed. Another meeting will be scheduled for finalizing the Baronial Financial Policy.
Officers are requested to do a review of their expenditures and submit the budget for the office (even if they have donated the materials during their term). This is requested by November Curia so a budget may be compiled, reviewed and approved by end December.
Fighter practice runs $7,800/annum. Thanks to Enzio for depositing donations from fighters.
Arts & Sciences – Aeron Corrino
Virtual Athenaeum still receives much interest and a conversation & recruiting across the kingdom is happening to take over, evolve and grow Online Athenaeum.
A successor to the office Rotrude Halfblind has been identified. Application has been made and shall be voted on at next Curia
Contenders for Baronial A&S Champion are invited to display at Autumn Colloquium and Harvest Revel

Chamberlain – Enzio Bandinelli
Heavy duty shelving is needed to organize our Barony’s equipment in the storage unit. The expense will have to be budgeted for.
Old pavilion is not saleable, but recyclable – i.e. available if someone wants to salvage what canvas is usable.
Herald – Simon Fisc / Scribe – Eullalia
The Madrone library of lore is not in Chamberlain’s inventory. There are reports of books in the possession of various members. Herald will create a catalogue of books.
Successor to the office is being sought.
Lady Eullalia’s application as Baronial Scribe was unanimously approved by all officers present.
The office is transitioning. Eullalia has charter blanks. Last scribal night and social at 3rd Place Books had about 7 attendees.
Armored Combat – Nicklaß Volkhart
Nicklaß is now a senior marshall – Congratulations! Practice has moved back to the Kapka School gym. Well attended, no accidents / injuries.
Rapier Marshal – Temetgen de Worde
Aquaterra folks are coming to practice at the Kapka School gym. No injuries/accidents. Thursday night practice attracts between 2 – 5 participants regularly.
Social Mediator – Basilius Fuchs
Added 9 to the Facebook group.

Webster is taking a break and Seneschal is updating / keeping the website updated. Please send comments and corrections to the Seneschal.

Nothing to report. Offer stands open to assist with any publications that officers need. Scribe ask for and Chronicler will provide QR codes for “standee” to use during Scribal nights.

A joint event was mooted by the Barony of Blatha an Oir – combining Emprise and Autumn War as they have found a likely looking site. More discussion and investigation will be happening. New Event Procedure per Madrone customary will be followed.
