Exchequer Report: turned into Curia
Seneschal Report: changing of the guards, Jade is to replace Bergdis, which was approved this Curia. Jade to take up to duties at next Curia, investiture to be done at Lionheart’s. Other business: no word from the Kingdom for customary.
A&S Report: Rotrude call to teach at the Lionheart’s, reach out to the event coordinator or Rotrude pre-event (they are fighting at Lionheart’s so will be busy). Heraldsbane has an arts & science event planned for June 17th at Ballard library; plans to meet every 3rd week with meeting location to vary. 6 people and 1 newcomer attended the last event. Get hyped for Atheneum, stay tuned to regular channels for news. Rotrude’s warrant has expired and decided to renew to continue on as A&S Officer. Heraldsbane asks to be Deputy for A&S.
Chatelaine Report: talked with Kingdom chatelaine at Crown meet and greet to organize Pride event, need more coordination with BAO. Talked to Society chatelaine for new tools to help with submission to Kingdom.
Armoured Combat Report: New fighters getting into armor and getting into lists. A few fighters are close to getting qualified. Nick needs a Deputy, please apply to help the Barony. Things needed to apply: go to practice, be a Senior Marshal (willing to work with you to get your certification.)
Rapier Marshal: Extended Galen’s warrant for 1 month; change over for Officer to be on 7/1/2026.
Cut and Thrust: Practice took a pause for illness and travel. Quest to get Cut and thrust gear is going well.
Chamberlain Report: Chamberlain has stuff ready for event needs.
Herald Report: No plans for Herald’s Points. Plan for more in the future, just not at Lionsheart’s or Athenaeum. Look for it at our fall events. Sending in Deputy to do heralds training.
Scribe Report: Champion scrolls are being worked on for Lionheart’s.
Social Media Report: 14 new members on Discord and 9 on Facebook. Caught up on event creation. Reach out as there is availability to create events for the fun events with your friends.
Web Minister: report sent in, 513 visitors to website.
Chronicler Report: Bjorn taking notes here fully and taking over by next Curia and has all access and password. Met with Jade and did the change over for Chronicler position.
PDL: Planning for the next event which is Peasant’s Revel on 8/8/2026
Sargentry: Seek out a sargent on your quest if you need support. Bjorn Hylimrixfari submitted name and devise.
Culinary: Quiet but looking at updating recipe books, stay tuned for plans for a fall feast event.
Dance: Dance was light with 4, which included a few new people. Madrone practice canceled due to conflicts in schedule. Other upcoming dance opportunities in the area:

Equestrian: Practice has been great – 11 attending with 6 riding. Upcoming planned practices 5/30, 6/20, and 7/11.
Upcoming socials: Socials may have to be pushed into the fall due to the event season starting to kick off. There was an ask to put an emphasis on more local, small events like Lionheart’s, Peasant’s Revel, or a An Tir West War Pity Party. Contact Seneschal and Baron & Baroness if this is something you would like to see.

Lionhearts 5/31/26: Need A&S coordinator
Athenaeum 6/27/2026: Renton Tech College. 44 applications have been sent in for presenters. Plan for 3-8 PM set up on Friday to help prep for Saturday. Some volunteers needed for clean up and load in and out. Pre-registration is live, final lunch call is 6/14. Look out for social media posts with more information. Now is a good time for put in award recommendations for Kingdom to help with lead up to this event
Peasant’s Reveal 8/8/26: Spirit Ridge Park, Bellevue. There will be “Battle Croquet” with a champion to be chosen.
Emprise of Black Lion at Autumn War 9/10-9/13/2026 : T-90 Ranch, Tenino. More details coming for a fighters tournament sponsored by the Barony. For equestrian: Preliminary schedule is available on the event website. Friday is mounted combat all day, both established and some experimental. Ground crew needed for Saturday. Opportunities available at each equestrian practice to learn how to ground crew.
Fall event presentation: Use the same church as Yule (Fauntleroy) as cost is known and break-even is easy for the feast. Culinary guild has proposed a desert auction during the fall. Nordic-style feast and is planned for $15 before site fee. Contract to be signed for in July as that will help with the change over of officers.
