- The Baronial Scribe works closely with the Baron and Baroness to determine which awards need charters or original scrolls for upcoming court events.
- The Baronial Scribe keeps secret and swears assigned calligraphers and illuminators to confidentiality, the names of upcoming award recipients so that surprises are not ruined ahead of court ceremonies.
- The Baronial Scribe holds the Baronial Scribal Kit and has an annual budget to keep it well supplied.
- Training and mentoring, help with resources and people will all available to the applicant.
